those are the rings at muscle beach in santa monica. i had no idea arika was recording with her camera, but i'm super psyched that she was, since 1) holy shit, i can't believe i was able to do it! and 2) this is great footage to have for when i'm 85 and musing about 'the old days'. :)

the whole experience was somewhat empowering as the vibe down there was very big man man mantimes look at all my pull ups man manny man uuuuupmh grrrrrr man times.
